Every project starts with properly built communication between the client and the contractor. And we had no issues with that — mutual understanding was established quickly.

I appreciated Roman’s attitude toward the project: he often suggested improvements on his own. And during constructive discussions with developers, he would sometimes even took my side — which I think is totally fair. What’s not fair is when a studio refers you to the brief every time something unexpected comes up. But that doesn’t mean you can skip writing a super detailed brief when working with INFO-TECH :)

That said, the guys are real pros when it comes to Bitrix — they can build just about anything with it. Together we successfully launched the first Armenian crowdfunding platform, Armstarter!
